Noticed that the hardware used to mount said Derriere camera, some be missing.

CARP!

Mayhaps, to be replaced with some STS!

Come on Man! Push pins? Explains why my neck was sore trying to level the Derriere view.

Surprised to see that my premier culinary dish, is much like solder flux. The oft requested, so savory, and oh-so-deliciousishness, Chikon Katcha Tookus had spilled and flowed vertically betwixt the tailgate and liner, so some scrubbing was in order, because of odor, and because that's how I role!

Covered the derriere camera harness with an improvised Jimmy Hat, a zip tie, and began to scrubbin'!

Gonna scrub her good, let her dry overnight, and manilla, get intimidated.

Can Moi pull this off?

Too, point won begins manilla!

Put on good bait, wait for the bobber to bounce, set the hook, let them get tired out, reel 'em in!

Here ya go Reddout, watcha been longing for.

Big store baking pan.

Five pounds of tators, sliced thin, I uses a mandolin set to .375 thousandths.

Two onyums, diced, I likes 'em schweeeeet.

Lotsa Garlic.

Season to your taste.

A light coating of bread crumbs, whichever kind you likey.

Three cups of Chikon stock.

Cover tators with chikon, I like thighs or legs.

(Not only with Chikons!)

Cover with your favorite Mater sauce.

Anudder light coating of bread crumbs.

Bake in oven covered two hours or until Tators are el dented.

Uncover, slather with Montezuma cheese of your choice.

Bake till cheese is melted, and browned.

Serve!

Have some good bread as this is a soppin' meal!

Chikon Katcha Tookus

Easy & fillin' and tasty!

I sometimes substitute meaty pork ribs for Chikon.

Sometimes add Turnip, Parsnips, and Carrots if'n you want it sweet.

Time for a Lager drink!

Too much Lager yesterday!

A slow start today.

Surprised, it's held in with three push pins?

One still held, so popped in a couple of self-tappers.

Derriere camera fixed ..........

So, "I'm ready for my close-up Mr. DeMille!

Alcohol is already involved!

Deknackered Alcohol!

First layer on.

Not too shabby, measurements equal on each side.

Carp, must have caught a bug underneath.

I will call it Olive Oil, as in the process of squeeeeeeeging, he was mooooooshed.

The boggle now, not a lot of material to wrap around the tailgate sides, do I try it, or go for some purty trim?

Gonna let it dry, then give it a try!

Did I just rhyme, that happens sometimes.

DID I JUST DO IT AGAIN?????????

I feel I owe OVERLOAD @OVERLORD an apology. I called him smelly, going on the assumption that he smelled bad due to his own admittance to smelling like "bad brussel sprouts".

I should not have assumed smelling of bad brussel sprouts equates to being smelly, some may like that smell. I myself prefer the smell of gear oil, used motor oil will do in a pinch.

Meanwhile, I am impatiently awaiting the results of this task. I am contemplating removing the Jeep letters on my JT's tailgate and am looking for alternatives.

Being a grumpy, olde, cheap bastage, who often smells like bad Brussel Sprouts, unless the Ladies be around, then I smell like 80W 90 Hypoid, as it really drives the Ladies!

I purchased this cheepie chinee kit on Evil Bay.

Worked great removing the letters.

https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/i5sAAOSwxEdksKA2/s-l1600.webp

(Please note earlier post about cinnamon flavored dental floss and whack weeder cord!)

(Did I share that I am a cheap bastage?)

So, I pondered my boggle, do I circumcise, or try the reach around?

When I think of circumcisesishness, my knees come together, so I'll try the reach around first.

Low and behold!

(I love saying that!)

With the afor mentioned micro-fiber towel from the afor mentioned cheepie chineee kit I rubbed one out and it stuck!

No heat!

In celebration, opened a well-earned Lager!

Gonna let it sit a bit, use a bit of heat, and one of the aforementioned tools from the cheepie chinee kit to assure adhesion.

Even came with an exacto knife and an extra blade.

Sadly, I'm not allowed to touch sharp things anymore.

Faze Too!

A little tougher, the black overlay is a lill thick, and is resistant to laying down.

I was hoping to make it thinner on the top, and thicker on the bottom, because ..........

K C & THE SUNSHINE BAND That the way I like it 1975 - BayechCom (youtube.com)

Was not to be.

Pretty equal all around.

Once you lay the black down and get it smooth, after all the trouble getting it there....

It will stay where it lay.

More overlap?

By design?

Will seal the red?

Let it sit a bit, and then attempt a reach around on the black.

Thankfully the black being so thick covered the boggle of Olive Oil, wo shall be interned and honored until the Overlord meets the crusher.

The other boggle, the pattern aligns with what goes around the taillights, had to get it write.
