2020 jeep gladiator rubicon, factory mopar aux switches not working at all, fuses are good, replaced aux switch panel, still not getting power, the aux switches dont even show up in the menu. I have my winch wired to a relay, and has worked flawlessly. Then one day I reeled out my winch cable, hit the aux switches and then nothing.

Yes. Damn, the taser mini seems to have caused more harm than good in the time I've had it

A low battery will cause the switches not to work.

replaced both batteries within the last 6 months
New batteries are not always charged fully when purchased and an IBS reset should have been done at install time.

I'm not doubting you, I just want to be sure there is not a misunderstanding of your ESS working or not. It may have worked when you disabled it to come on, but unless you enable it and look at the ESS page, you will not be able to see if your Aux switches are disable from a battery condition.

I will look at that right now! This stuff is too complicated sometimes, it's like if your left shoe isn't tied while your right sock isn't up then your tie won't tighten because your hair is combed.

Is ESS page on the dash settings?
Yep checked it, everything seems fine, just literally not showing aux switches. That's the only panel not working, no warning lights on the dash
Is ESS page on the dash settings?
Didn't see the "ess page". The icon?

ESS page is accessed by the steering wheel buttons. Scroll through them all and you will find it. You won't find it on the radio screen.
