Iowa "right to speed" law is 10. Most troopers or cops won't bother with 10 or less over. Even speed cameras are set to 11, and, our insurance thing will trigger at 11 over. So I set cruise in between, about 5 or 6 over. Nothing to hide - and I've saved almost $700/year on insurance, get better mpg

Pa. has close to 1 million hunters. Years ago, it was over 1 million.

Judging by how many deer I see these days I‘m curious how many hunters we’ve lost here in RI. Gotta be a lot…..

It's affectionately called the right to speed law. Anything up to 10 doesn't go on your record, get reported to insurance and so on. Troopers here flat out told me as such, they won't bother unless it's more than 10 over......otoh, 20 over is supposed to be automatic license suspension, but people drive anyway. ( Proven by a news crew outside our courthouse)
We save a ton of money by letting our insurance company monitor our speed and braking. It doesn't pay attention to 10 over, but does at 11. Then, for short bursts it ignores even that.
