Hello
Adding 1.5 leveling kit toe 2025 Willys. Question will 285/75/17 fit with no rubbing or even 35’s ?

They'll fit. 35's might rub when turning. Not certain on that with the narrow axles.

Now flexing, 35's would hit the fenders without adding bump stop. I have 285/70R17's and flexed out I have barely enough room to tuck my hand around the tire.

Whatever size tire would have fit before the leveling kit will fit after the leveling kit. As a leveling kit does not lift the Jeep, it does not add bumpstop extensions, it does not change what size tires will fit.
The 285/75-17 should fit. A 35" tire would likely rub if you flexed the suspension out unless you have higher clearance fenders as used on the Rubicon. With the higher clearance fenders a 35" tire should clear, as long as the wheels have the required amount of backspacing.

A leveling kit literally lifts the front of the Jeep, and the Teraflex 1.5" kit does have front bump stop extensions.

I was running 34” Wildpeaks in my old ‘22 Gladiator Overland with a 1.5 leveling kit with zero issues and plenty of clearance but I’m not a rock crawler, I’m a desert runner. My trails can get rather challenging but I don’t jump boulders or try to climb waterfalls.

This is a 3/4" spacer with Rubicon coils (about 1.75") and 35s. The tires rubbed the front bumper pretty good but your bumper should have more clearance. I had some slight rubbing on the inner fender liners but that was with the swaybar disconnected and wheeling in Moab where we pushed it pretty hard. Drove 99% of the time no problem.

I did the leveling kit and switched to 315x70R17's (Which is almost identical to the 35's) with zero issues. Skipped the 35's only because they are a little wider but I am super happy with the swap.

How have the Kenda M/T2 been? I'm really liking the R/T, but looked hard at those.

I absolutely love them! They have held up on travel when I moved from Indiana to North Dakota and did really well in the mud holes. Not a lot of road noize either. I will definitely be replacing them with the same tires when I am ready again.
