Good sign today! Took the Dogs out in our front yard this morning... sun peeking over the peaks that rise just east of us, gorgeous wild wood, mountain, morning... heard a huge, slow motion sounding, flap of very large wings! Thought, “Oh, wow, we’ve got an Owl on our roof!” Both Dogs glances shot up over my head. I spun around, and there, flying off the top of Ol’ Griz, our 160’ Douglas Fir, one of the oldest trees on our property (10 to 15ft, circumference around it’s base)...
was a huge Bald Eagle!
Never seen one in these mountains before, so I googled to make sure... first article popping up on New Mexico Fish & Game... “September Sightings of Bald Eagles Wintering in Northern New Mexico!”
Around here, spotting a Bald Eagle on the wing, especially close up, especially roosting in a tree in YOUR OWN YARD... is considered a VERY GOOD sign! ;{

Did you get the steel front bumper option? Noticed all the "bolts?" that are not on the one in post #1189.

Launch Editions come with the winch ready steel bumper (w/ lots of bolts). The other post (#1189) is the plastic bumper and non-color matched fenders, and not a LE.

just spoke to my dealer and apparently mine is somewhere between the rail head in GA and the dealership in SC. Hopefully i will see it by the end of the week!

Launch Editions come with the winch ready steel bumper (w/ lots of bolts). The other post (#1189) is the plastic bumper and non-color matched fenders, and not a LE.

My bad! Forgot you had a LE. Color looks fantastic. Have been debating between Granite Crystal and Gobi. Saw that Gobi opened today, but hard top not available, and I'm not sure I want to wait much longer to order. Will get a Rubi with black top and body color fenders regardless of color. Leaning Granite after seeing latest delivery pics.

I'm wondering why it wasn't shipped to Dixianna, which is the auto rail head in Columbia and closest to your dealer. I'm in Charleston waiting on my JTR and was told Dixianna is where mine was headed before being trucked here.

When it comes to ordering a vehicle, having it built, and shipped, from a major auto corporation... logic, and common sense, fly out the window! Don’t try to make sense of what they do... Reason, and Efficiency, have absolutely NOTHING to do with it! ;{
