I made a fire starter bag. Bought a flint and steel and while shoving more money towards Jeff Bezos I saw these Pyro Putty tins. Waterproof, burn for a long time stuff. Looked neat so I bought their dual arc lighter too. Haven't tried the stuff yet, but I think I will for a campfire soon.

I like the idea of behind the seat, what do you think @JP1?, but my 3 year old sits there, probably wouldn't be wise to leave all that flammability there.

Grab some of your gals tampons and toss them in your fire bag. Pull them apart and the inside absorbent material is great kindling. Bonus is if you get shot you can plug the hole with them. :like:

Tampax for the win!

Is there really a confirmed case of Tampax gun shot wound field dressing? Sounds like a good idea. wrap that with some T-Rex Brute Force, you're good to go!

I’ve heard of this many times to plug a gun shot wound or deep gash with a tampon or pad so you don’t bleed out. Hope I never have to try it, but a good idea to have on board or in a medical kit. Might save someone’s life in an emergency.

well, I like it! :like:
BUT remember, my version of child protection was to cage them in the bed as if they messed up the inside, I'd probably tie a raw steak around them and let them go hiking in the woods.
At night.

The MOLLE seat back looks good, those two bottom straps should fit, barely but should. If you can get them strapped, it'll tighten right up to the seat.

Yes there is actually. We carried them in Iraq and Astan, in addition to regular pressure dressings. Some wounds need packed while others only call for direct pressure. It is amazing how far medicine has progressed since we invaded. Now there is all sorts of wound packing material available that works great. Tampax never failed us though.

I used velcro on my wife front plate on her JLU. Hers didn't come with a front bracket. It has been holding strong for a few mounts now.

I am not running a front plate on my JT right now. Ohio law will no longer require a front plate come July. Hope I don't run into issues until then.
I do not run one either. It was always great probable cause for a traffic stop on suspicious vehicles leaving drug houses. Now we just have to hope they may some other traffic violation to make the stop.

GPCA Survivor Pro Grips (got the white color matching handles) I like them, stay in up position out of sight or pull down when in use. I might move the utility pouch to another location in the Jeep.

For the RR Door Sills, did you use the adhesion promoter that they tell you to use?

I just used normal rubbing alcohol to prep the area. Also added a little extra 3M VHB grey tape to the back of the sills before installing to make for an even stronger bond. They are holding up well.
