Looks like an International. They've been around a while, usually have a Super Duty bed slapped on the back, but that'll tow a bunch of toys.No idea what it is, but it looks great!

I clicked that link to check it out. Very cool however it is IMHO underpowered. My dodge ram CTD has more output than that. I still would like to own it.

From what I have been able to find on a brief search. 40gal tank fueling a V8 diesel. 4000lb payload capacity matched with over 15,000lbs of towing capabilities and 530 ft-lbs of torque,
