Finally got around to installing the AFE CAI. 395 bucks shipped from their website as they have an anniversary deal going. Got about 100 miles on it at this point and while I would never guarantee you get more mpg or more HP, so far at pretty consistent driving conditions I’m up about 1.5 mpg and a good amount of smiles per gallon.

It sounds great. Went with the dry filter for less headache. Highly recommended for a quick 30 minute install and a little more throat.

Interested to see ur updated review after a few thousand more miles. Anyone also kno if the rugged ridge snorkel would be compatible?

Rugged Ridge Snorkel kit is design around the factory air box and probably would not readily work with anything else.

You still enjoying the AFE intake, any issues? I'm looking at this one for my manual rubicon for a little more sound.

Thats a Nice looking intake. Just put the big AFE filter into my Mopar intake.

still love it. Once it got more broken in, it settled down in sound a bit but just enough extra at the 3-5k RPM range to make me happy. Plus it’s nice to look at in the engine bay.
