The cleats that are linked in your comment are the ones that are on the Tundra. They're significantly bigger than the Jeep cleats. I haven't taken one off my dad's truck yet to see how it fits on the Jeep. I'm seeing them tonight and I'll try and get it done. The rails on his truck have to be partially uninstalled to add or remove cleats so it's kind of a PITA. It does make them hard to steal, though.They are a little more expensive, but these are also available. They are stainless slot nuts with screws.

These are the one that come with the Toyota Rail Kit. They are supposed to hold up to 220 pounds each.
