I just picked up a Rubicon takeoff to put on my Overland. Any tips, tricks, and/or what to watch out for when installing?

Ok, going to install just the Rubicon springs and shocks and the Daystar 3/4" leveling kit. Will I need to get an alignment afterwards?

Ok let me know how it goes. Maybe post step by step? If you have time. Did you get new tires already?

The Daystar kit is for front, back or both?

The Daystar kit is for both front and rear. Gives 3/4" lift all around and levels as well. Would have to find it again, but I found where someone here did the exact same combination and gained a total of roughly 2".

Not changing out tires. I already swapped them to Wildpeak 275/70/18 on the stock rims. This already gave me 1" on just tire height compared to the stock AS tires. Overall not looking to go big as if I find myself having to crawl over rocks then I made a wrong turn somewhere. Just want a little more aggressive look.

So will still have a factory rake intact?

No, it is a leveling kit but what I think is confusing is there are both front and rear spacers so you would think if it is leveling then why both, but the spacers are not the same thickness front and rear. From what I understand you get both front and rear so you can get the 3/4" increase in lift and the front ones are thicker to also level it out.

Do mind sharing the link? I was thinking about doing the Daystar 3/4 in the back and teraflex 1.5 for the front to make it some what levels. Idk. What do you think?

Also, I meant to say shouldn't have to for the alignment.
