Even though I’d love my Glad sooner rather than later, I’m almost liking later.... Dealer tells me that since I’m financing I’ll get all/any incentives when I go pick it up and sign on the dotted line. Which means, since I ordered a 2020, and 2021s will be rolling out, that manufacturer will start offering smokin’ deals on 2020s. Aug./Sept before my game tags kick in is good with me.

Which Trim did you get? If it's Rubicon or Mojave... good luck lol those never get a rebate.

Everything I have read says auto demand is extremely high right now as dealer lots are becoming empty and there isn't much supply coming down the pipe (remember Jeep is focusing on sold orders right now).

In my opinion, the chances of heavy incentives like in past years is slim, I would guess that at best you would have a low 1k incentive on a specific trim not selling well. Just my opinion!

In a perfect world my Rubicon will be on rebate for 3k when it arrives!

Correct...28th (late) it was sent for bedliner, 3rd (afternoon) it was changed to JS - shipped to storage. Morning of the 5th I was told by Jeep Chat it was in transit and dealer said their system showed the same (KZ)...Tuesday (9th) I tried getting an update from Jeep Chat and was told it was sitting at the factory with no shipping arrangements and bumped out the ETA - claimed their system was up to date/accurate as of that morning...

So who knows?!? Amazon can track a $2 box of junk to know what city it is in...but a $40k truck is anywhere between the end of the production line and my dealer's lot! HA
You just made me throw up in my mouth, the thought of it sitting over the weekend through earl next week sucks! I emailed my guy and asked if he knew about that time line.

I also asked whiskey tango foxtrot on my build status. I'm wondering if his backend system he looks at is better than the Jeep Chat folks. Because he emailed me at 7am this morning and said it was in inspection. Jeep Chat keep saying it was in Trim until noon when I got the info from Carina that jived with my guy, saying it was in the inspection phase. I checked at 2pm (and probably another 7 times since then) and I'm being told it's still in Trim and hasn't moved out of trim yet.

Mine was moving with Sconnie’s for the most part. Except I didn’t actually order bed liner like I thought. Mine went for options on 5/28 as well and was KZ 6/1. That should point to a two day delay for bed liner.

Good info! I'll hope that mine is actually in inspection and starting it's 2 day wait very soon for the bed liner.

How's your new truck you jerk??

Great! I’m doing this now. It’s not bolt on no matter what. It has to be cut as the extra short is for 5.5’-6’ beds and the bed rail is only 50” of flat mounting space.

i dunno...We’ve bought 2 Rams from these guys over past 10 yrs and they’re always pretty straight shooters. Got the Rubi and was told likely year-end will see up to $2k.. You're spot on though about the higher end models rarely being discounted. Sports almost always have deals, Rubis hardly.
Auto sales are down though due to high unemployment levels thus great deals and financing rates. Demand is actually down. Supplies will be increasing but likely at a rate coinciding with slowly rising demand/reemployment. People aren’t paying their rents let alone buying cars.

Yea, I'm blaming all my issues on @ciarraikerry...just because our trucks were rolling thru pretty close together, until they weren't...THANKS A LOT!!! :CWL:

Shoot I’d take 2k any day! I’ll likely get my delivery late June, damn that would be a nice extra surprise. It’d help float the cost of my Xpel!

I’m late to the party, a transplant from the Wrangler forums, just got my VON today. Hopefully I get my delivery before the 2021s hit dealers.

Just got off with Jeep Chat, back out of Trim AGAIN, passed Inspection and now in the hard top/bed liner phase:
Vehicle has been built and is pending installation of additional equipment.
This is a necessary step when additional features or optional equipment packages are added to the vehicle.

This is the part many of us are interested in. At this point (3.5 days) my truck would be build and awaiting shipment if it weren’t for the addons. Start the clock folks, lets see how long it takes!

Welcome! I was the same as you. What made you switch to the JT?

@ciarraikerry I’m going to tag you in a different thread, it’s about finding bed racks compatible with the hard tonneau. If this works for you then you should def do some write ups on it over there.

I wanted Punk’n, so badly, but by the time I ordered it was gone. I ordered a Sarge Green Sahara Altitude, but I decided this dude could not abide the color. Fell in love with Hydro Blue, cancelled the Wrangler and here I am. The extra towing is a big plus too.

It’s definitely a pain, but I think it will work. Would be easy without trail rail. But I am using the tonneau track mounting points to help mount the TS track. I almost have it dialed in, then will need to get it watertight. I already checked to see if the trifold will still fit between the tracks with the addition of the TS tracks. If you are leery of cutting into something you just dropped some cash on, this is not for you!

I'm totally ok with cutting and modding. But probably not for me then.... least not in the first few months considering there may be complete options out there now. I may jump on the Max Modular system if I see a need for a rack. Just go balls to the wall on aluminum one and drop that 1k like it's nothing!

By the way @ciarraikerry or anyone else, I'm now in JB as of 9pm last night. Just curious when does this build tracker start saying it's at least found the build? Not that I care since I know the status, but just curious.
