Well, after working on the truck the last couple of weeks installing some new stuff, it all went into the crapper last night.

Got smoked at an intersection, person blew through a stop sign didn't even slow down. They had to be doing 35+, direct hit up front, right front. Both bags blew, overall I was fairly happy on how the truck went through it. Front frame is bent, pretty bad it looks like. All of the body lines on the doors, even the drivers side don't line up.

1,550 miles. Waiting for insurance to take a peep at it tomorrow. What a $hit weekend. 2020 and the hits keep coming.

I would agree. The pictures when I show them to people, usually the reaction is hey that doesn't look too bad. But crawling around it....eeek, I am scared if it is not a total loss.

Sucks man, 2020 definitely has been a hell of a year. I had my buddy take a look.at your description and pictures, from his insurance adjuster stand point if you were in North Carolina it would be a total loss. Not sure about the state your in though so maybe it's a total loss. I agree with not wanting to keep it after all the frame damage you described. Good luck man and glad no one was hurt.

Ouch! So sorry to see that, but I hope it gets resolved / fixed / replaced to your satisfaction.

Thanks all. I’ll keep y’all in the loop on what happens. The question is, do I rip everything off I did, sliders etc. and see what they give me for the truck. I obviously don’t want the lift as I’m sure it’s jacked. Or do I wait and start over?
