Just brought my Gladiator in to have the TSB performed, I'm cautiously optimistic. Does anyone have any info on how long this repair usually takes? And has anyone in here had the TSB performed which didn't fix their vibration issue or had it come back?

When I took mine in, it took one day and it was done. Most of that time was because they had a log jam of vehicles to service because of COVID. Seems to have resolved the issue for me, but I'm not getting to drive the truck as much as I would like since we can't go anywhere :)

Good to hear, I'm hopeful on this but we shall see. I've been dealing with this since I bought my Gladiator in August 2019, so seeing some people have their issue fixed gives me some hope on this. They can keep the truck as long as they want so long as it doesn't vibrate when I get it back lol

I just got my Jeep back after having this repair and if anything the issue has gotten worse slightly. Not sure what my options are at this point, as I'm sure Jeep will somehow claim this is "normal" for the vehicle

The more I see, the more I am convinced I have a very abnormal Jeep.
No vibrations, no shaking, no leaks, no squeaks, engine runs smooth (mostly, except when working with jscan changing or looking at things then I note the engine shakes and runs uneven), no brake troubles, lights work, seats work....... I need to go buy a lottery ticket?

I am very convinced I have a similar level of luck, just in the opposite direction. I have the same issue that many others have had, and yet the resolution that worked for all them fails to work for me

So as an update for my particular case, I picked up my truck last night from the latest (and hopefully final) repair for this vibration issue. After going through tons of attempted repairs over the past year, it seems at least so far that the issue has been resolved. In my case, they had to replace the entire front axle assembly (as in, they shipped in an entire crate axle) so I clearly had something beyond the issue that others in here have encountered haha

I’m having similar problems and have been to two different dealers... I’ve personally re-torqued every suspension bolt. I even had a third party, private mechanic look at this.

I had a JL before with zero issues. This is a really nice truck. But the front end noise has me ready to swear off FCA for good - this is total BS for a truck with 17k on it!

What is the TSB# for the FAD issue?

I just experienced this with my 2021 Rubi this past weekend. Will be going to the dealer tomorrow. Also found oil leaking as well...

Taking my 21 Rubi in for an appointment on march 15th. Same issue. Sounds/feels like I am going over rumble strips. When I hit dips in the road, etc. Either sets it off or stops the noise for a bit until it starts/stops again. Less than 3500 miles on my Rubi. It got progressively worse since 3000 miles. At first I thought it was nothing because it was very infrequent, now its almost doing it nonstop. I know it should be covered under warranty but I'm still annoyed that a new over 50k vehicle is doing this. I guess I got one of the unlucky parts.

Where can I find this info? Apparently my 2021 Rubi has the FAD issues as well.

Mine is at 4200 miles. I dropped it off at the dealer today and waiting for updates. I might also have coolant leak. I got the unicorn?
