I’ve been scouring the specific threads and haven’t found what I’m looking for. I see a lot of folks have the setup I’m looking for in tire size but not the offset.

2021 Gladiator Rubicon. Toyo Open Country M/T 37 x 13.5 x 20. 3” lift.

Problem is I’m seeing a lot with -25mm offset. Can I go deeper? -44mm? I like the deep lip look. My trucks don’t see much dirt. Lol.

thanks for listening.

Negative numbers mean the offset is more towards the centerline of the vehicle. You want the tires more under the fender?
With a 13½" wide tire, you'll run a pretty good risk of rubbing.

Negative numbers will stick out further, positive numbers will be under the fender more

The factory wheels are 44.45 mm offset.
The icons I bought are -6mm with 4.5" of backspacing.

The offset will be dependent on the width of the wheels you pick. The factory wheels are 7.5" wide while the icons below are 8.5" wide. If they were both 0mm offset the icons would stick out by 1/2 the difference in width (.5"). The deep lip look you mention is probably with 10" wide wheels or more.

Gotcha. So I went back on the trailbuiltoffroad.com site and started playing with their filters. 37x13.5x20 on 20x10 rims will only fit a max of -25mm. Anything deeper will require me to go up to a 22x12” rim. From there I’m looking at max -51. I like the aggressive 3-5” outside the he fenders stance. The old ppl here in So Fla can’t get close enough to bang your doors!

The best cure for door dingers is a good set of rock sliders. Then they get a nice, deep ding in the edge of their door and you get a laugh every time you hear it happen.

Huh…
Are the stock wheels 44.45mm positive or negative offset? I thought they were negative.

Take a look at the wheel below. It is most definitely a positive offset.
