Major stability issue at highway speeds

Did another look under my Jeep and found that the rear track bar is missing the bolt to the frame. I think it is a M14, but I'm not sure about the length. Going to throw a 1/2" Grade 8 bolt in there to hold it together until I can get the OEM bolt and nut.

The issue was the bolt holding the rear track bar to the frame likely wasn’t torqued correctly and worked it’s way out. It drives great with the 2.5” lift and 37s now.

Following this because still trying to get my Mopar kit dialed-in (I'm picky though). Kit had lower control arms to set the caster (good). Issues I'm having is because of increased scrub radius (running 0mm offset 8.5" wide wheels on 315/75's), stock track bar, stock steering links. Been told by a shop this is why it tends to pull to the right at highway speeds with associated minor bump-steer to the right as well. Does that sound accurate before I dump another grand or so into parts?

BTW - Fox steering stabilizer takes the "oh sh*t!" out of it, but as mentioned above it's still there just slows it down to reduce the tendency to over-correct and go wobbling down the road.
