Has anybody had a bad experience with Gupton?

I have never seen anything close to this.Maybe I should’ve ask; is anyone aware of a thread in this forum where somebody was dissatisfied with the Gupton sales process?
Yes, it's a Jeep thing and not a Gupton thing. Included with all 2021/22 new vehicle purchases.

Yup - definitely an amazing thread, and a very influential one, at least for me. Like you, I could not find much below MSRP in my area. And like a lot of other people on the forum, I bought a Gladiator from Daniel Gupton himself. I ordered my JTM exactly the way I wanted it, on Nov 6, and it arrived at the Gupton dealership last week. I’m going to pick it up next week. I have planned a great road trip home, including some light wheeling…I will report back regarding my purchase experience. So far the experience with Gupton had been terrific.This thread is amazing. Every dealer I have talked to in Texas has said I can't get below MSRP. Does anyone know of similar deals in Texas, or whether I can buy from Gupton from out of state and drive it back?
I have not read or heard of anyone that had a negative experience with Gupton. I have read a lot of positive comments. The most negative thing I read is that they are busy with a lot of internet sales and may not be able to do a lot of customer hand holding. I placed my order with Daniel Gupton himself. Congrats!I ordered from Gupton. Daniel Gupton was responsive and straightforward. It looks like I will be taking the trip from Houston Texas to Nashville Tennessee. I ordered a 2022 Mojave.
