I will look at the breaks maybe they used a sub par high temp grease that’s not good in cold. I’d think tho there would be a lot of noise on this thread if it was that simple however.
Nothing to do with it.
Brakes will not have grease anywhere that could cause a noise.
The only lube/grease would be where a caliper slides and that's zip to do with sounds driving. And you said pressing brake pedal made no difference so you can stop looking at the brakes for the noise if pressing brakes didn't change the sound. It if was brakes, pressing the pedal would matter - make it worse or better.

Does the sound change or disappear when you put it in 4 wheel drive?? (if it disappears or changed in 4 wheel drive - might be the FAD making noises)

Is it worse or better when turning?

You talk about changing out parts like springs and shocks and wheels and tires - just going to throw parts at it or do a legit swap with well thought-out parts with a goal in mind?
I have to ask since you mentioned "sub par high temp grease"...... making me think you've not worked on vehicles before.

When I originally heard the noise it was not affected by any break movement. Now About 1k miles later the noise is the same but pressing the breaks will quiet the noise a bit so being affected by brakes is recent. No change in noise if it’s in 4wd or in neutral . The shocks/springs and tires was my goal and part of my plans. No way I’d throw parts at it while under warranty lol.

Just jacked up the truck to see if I had any that felt like a caliper was sticking. Front was fine but the driver rear was dragging once a rotation pretty hard. Some dragging on the passenger as well. Feels like a warped rotor.

That makes sense, wow with 1100 miles and mine starting at 809. My new wheels have shipped so I will be checking all 4 corners. If I get the same drag I’m bringing it back not just for the rotor but I want the Brake fluid flushed from the excess heat.

Just to add, mine started right around 800 miles as well.

Hardly a coincidence… it’s above freezing today a balmy 33 degrees. 170 mile trip from Central Maine to Burlington Vermont I haven’t heard the noise yet

Just to add, mine started right around 800 miles as well.

Update: I have isolated the noise. It has gotten louder and more frequent. If I apply pressure to the 4x4 shifter the noise goes away. Not necessarily engaging the 4wd high but if I pull the shifter back just enough (maybe 1/4 inch) towards the rear it will stop the noise.

Any ideas?

Sounds like the transfer case shift cable is out of adjustment. If you take it back to the service department, you can explain that the noise is eliminated by pulling the shifter back just a bit, and that the results make it seem like an adjustment might help. Good luck.
