Let's see.....installed my grenade seatbelt defeat, bubba rope chafe guard, army strong CB.

Started hunting a new reliable vinyl guy, and put out feelers for a hydro dipper.

It wasn't today, but I sold it! Nothing bad about the truck, just time to move it on. For once, I didn't lose money on a vehicle. Any way, thanks to everyone for their ideas and information. I'll keep throwing the jeep wave from the old YJ. Peace!

Installed the Oracle rear bumper lights. No error, but the right side light is dim - bad!

Contacting Oracle now for replacement...

EDIT: Pulled the harnesses and re-connected, and it worked fine. Oracle got back to me right away with some suggestions. Very happy!

Do you have those wired as reverse lights, or separately?

Here is mine from the other day, bought two 10' and cut one larger then the other to cross the bed, then have the hand screw screws to tighten down. I had to order some more of those, that ore for my tie down cleats. Will post phots of those this weekend. Still need to paint it all.

Looks good! I was thinking of doing some cross bars as well. Maybe after I finish the center rail. I like the hand screw idea, as it makes it quick to remove/re-install If needed

  • Unpacked after getting her home from the dealer
  • Sold my JKU. More sentimental than I thought it'd be. Put a lot of work into her over the years, and it was my first big-boy car outside of $2,000 2-door Sunfires and Escorts
  • Reached out for quotes on tires
  • Ordered Saltas, Tazer + front camera, RR sill guards, new torque wrench, Quadratec dead pedal and black lugnuts.
  • Found out my 3w mats are stuck in customs.
  • Tried to order WT mud flaps, but the site is giving me trouble with '22 Sport for some reason. Will reach out before I order just in case something changed this year.
The WT rears do not fit Max Tow. Fronts work great, though! Mopar has a set for the MT rears that supposedly fit. Mine will be here in a week.

The fronts were throwing me an error, too. I reached out and they said it's just because they don't have a 2022 Sport S to test the fronts on yet. I went ahead and ordered them since there shouldn't be any fender change from 21 to 22. Really wish they had some rears for MT though!

Today I came home to find 4/5 tires. Looks like the other shipped from a different location. TPMS sensors in the mail. Waiting on my AEV Saltas to ship still.

A119 Front/Rear dash cam and Rugged Ridge Sill Guards also came in.

I figured I'd try the rear mount here so I'd still have it when the top is off. Hoping it sticks.

Wiring will wait until tomorrow. I moved it down to an open glovebox and called it a night.

Quick Question: It came with a hardwire kit to support parking mode. Is there an advantage to using that kit instead of just wiring it to the battery wire that came with the Aux options? Does the Aux battery wire auto shut off to prevent the battery getting too low?

Swapped out the Hauk light brackets for Go Rhino Brackets. They move the lights out to the sides a few inches farther. Just wasn't happy with where the Hauks put the lights.

Also installed the Oracle taillights.

Do the oracles work? Do you have a tazer or something for them?
I want these but sounds like they need to work out some kinks still.

Yeah, and I can slide it around a bit to line it up with my storage top.

Good idea. Alot of good uses for those. I just made some tie downs for mine using 3/8 eye bolts, square unistrut washer, rubber washer (was round, I cut it square) and some cone bolts. Figure the rubber washer will help keep from marring the paint. I might bedline the rails in the future if the paint gets too beat up. Pretty happy with these tho.
