It’s definitely not coming from the engine. Since the noise gets louder as the speed increases, I think it’s more likely coming from the drivetrain.

The metal grinding noise is still being investigated by the dealer, so I don’t have a diagnosis yet. As for the brake issue, it was a squeaking noise. Another Jeep dealer inspected it and found that it was caused by a brake shim issue. They repaired it, and the squeaking noise disappeared.
