Well well well..... TK was talking about Hemi powered Ram muscle trucks LAST YEAR and guess what Ram announced this week? Say it ain't so! 392 Hemi in Ram 1500 for the first time!! He called it!
Those are LT-F rated right?, but the sidewalls feel fantastic. When I ran them on my F-250 in that size I was surprised at how comfortable they were. And as always, amazing traction in foul weather which is what Falken is known for. I've seen those A/T3W and A/T4W tires go 75,000 miles or more.
To be clear… *could* cause wear IF it shears out of grade. But….0W20 shears out of grade faster than 5W30 in a lot of cases. And, at 5,000 mile intervals no oil should shear out of grade.
Are you somebody who is terrified that they’ll void your warranty if 0W20, which is only *recommended* in the manual, is not used? Then use 0W20.
Are you somebody who wants your engine to last longer, have less chance of valvetrain failure, and produce less wear in hot weather? Do you want to...
In the Project Farm testing, 303 didn't do so well. His videos kind of showed this product to be over-rated. Like you, I've heard great things about 303 for YEARS. But the video didn't lie....
1 - 5,000 mile intervals are a great idea. I've had these engines go over 200k miles with zero issues.
2 - Since 5,000 mile intervals are a great idea, it is a complete waste of money to spend extra cash on a particular brand of oil. Get a good synthetic off the shelf at Walmart and call it a...
Falken still makes the best A/T tire on the market and it's not close.
I've seen 75k miles out of them on HD diesel pickup trucks which are notorious for eating tires. On a Jeep it's like they last for eternity. And the rubber compound is dialed in perfectly...they grip in any weather...
I think it's because Jeep owners are more likely to be enthusiasts and are therefore more likely to use chemicals on their vehicles. The manual specifically says "mild soap and water" only when washing/cleaning a Jeep, and that's what I do. My plastics stay looking factory for years.
Ok good. Extra plate welded onto the chassis in those weak areas would help a lot. But then of course they've got to e-coat it somehow to restore the corrosion resistance it had when it left the factory. I wonder if they do that also?
That chassis was never designed for that kind of weight. We've already seen stock trucks with a fold in the frame between the bed and cab from too much tongue weight. What is this company doing to address that, and what kind of coils are they using to triple the payload capacity??
The Dorman pan is high-impact plastic like the OE pan on every other vehicle that uses the 8-speed in the Stellantis lineup, which means no rust concerns, fluid stays cooler, and you get a proper drain plug.
So, my Jeep has the base system. NOT the Alpine system. That's critical because it means my speakers are 8 ohm and I have no subwoofer.
With that being said, the Audio Uprising front soundstage upgrade opened up the sound some. It added a small amount of additional base and punch. It added...
