The pictograph instructions (lower windshield, put this in from of box behind rear view mirror) are 100% clear. Is your problem that those arenāt on both sides?
In no world is there not a premium to buy a high-profile public company whose largest shareholder does not want to sell. Period.
Evev if you take an acquisistion premium out of the picture, what automaker has $40B in cash & equivalents to do this deal?
Not sure you understand how buyouts work - you donāt just place an order with E*TRADE for *all the stock please*. Thereās going to be a minimum of a15-20% premium over the market price of the stock if youāre lucky, which brings you right to the 45-50B mark. Remind me which auto maker has $45B...
The right way to do this here is to make it look like youāre saving money by buying a less than loaded vehicle, and āset asideā some of that savings to get it up to spec. Itās amazing how good it looks when you only spend $3000 to get your new car up to where you want while saving $6-7000...
Considering that when I was learning to drive In the 90s, a typical full size truck with a V8 had less power and torque than the 3.6, no itās not *underpowered*.
That said, Iād love it if it had MOAR POWER. A lot more.
Since itās on a crate (like a wooden palette?), just build yourself a nice 5ā high 60* ramp, drop the tailgate, and drive up the ramp :like:
Iām sure itāll slide out just fine...:CWL:
Or drop $80 on renting a mini backhoe at HD, and pull it out with that.
Your cleanest, and most expensive...
Wow, I canāt believe that little bugger didnāt die with the JK! Wranglers have been stuck in 4hi by that little piece of genius engineering for almost 2 decades, and FCA decides to keep it?
Arghhhhh
