I purchased a metal fairlead plate from Amazon and ditched the plastic one.

It came that way when I bought it used.

I purchased the aluminum 10th Anniversary bumper with winch plate for my 21 Jeep Gladiator Mojave. The bumper fits with only two slight trimming modifications. One trim was for the winch, had to trim a small amount on the top driver side area to allow the operation of the winch free spool...

Mine was silver and it was steel. Had to trim it when going with 10th Anniversary bumper with winch. Painted mine black, looks much better.

Just got the last one off the shelf in Washington City.
