Was it easy to turn counter clockwise I think I’m getting all the pins down and I get it turn a little but I’m afraid of breaking something

I recently purchased a lockable used bin . I bought the new locks to rekey but was wondering if there is a way to remove lock cylinders without drilling out. I’ve seen a post that there is one member posted but I can’t seem to find it any help would be appreciated

My wife’s 2024 wrangler Sahara has the exact same issue I told the dealer about it but they would need to replace it and program miles supposedly so I backed out of doing it
