I'm a 'soft' rocker but want to be able to air down and back up on very rare occasions. So a portable Viair is my choice. I was surprised at how quickly it would go from 20psi to 40psi.
I've been over Black Bear a number of times but always on a motorcycle. I would hesitate to take my Glad over it only because of a couple of VERY sharp switchbacks. But I'm sure that it can be done!
My best trip? The one I just got back from! That is, each and every one is a joy. And I wonder if moving from 'rubber' bumper to steel (or aluminum) is OK for a daily driver with some minor off roading. I added the Badlands 1200 just because I could, and have used it once. Also carry...
Well, I've been told that the main battery is going south (not the original, Jeep has over 120k on it) but it starts fine, even after sitting for days at a time. But some day I'll replace it anyway!
I could not understand why I needed an Aux battery so I pulled it out. Then I pulled the fuse. But now I was getting a bad battery 'warning' on the dash so I finally took the hot side of the battery off, and the gizmo that runs all the 'stuff.' Then hooked it all back up but without the aux...
So Janster, because I'm 82 and still driving my Gladiator (with a license that has never been 'lifted'), I assume you think my license should have been 'lifted' years ago? We have no previous info on the driver from the OP, just that he was drunk on that particular day. Maybe he was a...
Well, I partially disagree with Bandits Lair. Perhaps he has first hand experience but I still disagree. The 'perp' was 81 years old and drunk. Not sure about his Gladiator but if I was going to 'run from' a cop, mine would do more than 65 mph! We don't see the first PIT attempt so....And...
I suppose most of you will say that I am represented by him. Even though he is a year younger than I. I don't drive drunk but I wonder why they would take his DL when 40 and 50 year olds can rack up several DUI's and still get a DL again. I mentioned to a friend that one day the NM MVD may...
Huh? I bought my 2020 Overland with 114,000 miles, now has 120,600. NO problems, no death wobble, no electronic issues, nothing! I think he bought a LEMON! I hope to grow much older owning this sweetheart of a Jeep!
I like the fact that my Overland came from factory with many of the items I would have added (built?). But then I added a Tazer, a Badlands winch, more skid plates, etc. Dealer I got it from had upgraded tires somewhat but still stock 'level' and fine with me (for now?) I love the leather...
I did noting to my Overland today...but last week I installed an engine/transmission skid plate to go with the factory plates for transfer and gas tank. A couple months ago I installed an Apex 12000 winch in my 'rubber' bumper. Turned out very good from 10' visual...I removed the wire cable...
