I zip tied the 02 sensor bracket tight to the driving column for a quick straight way. It still made the noise. but there is some play in that 02 sensor so I would imagine it is a problem for some people. just not mine. I am going to try the spring in the clutch pedal tomorrow. Will update you...

I am thinking this is more correct. I will try some foam on top to the spring to the clutch. Thanks for bringing it to this post!!!

I see it now, there is definitely some play on it. I am going to put some high temp tape/foam on it and see if that fixes it! The only thing is, mine goes away once I push on the clutch pedal (an inch) and will come back when im off of it, which I don't think would be that bracket, but maybe...

Is there a fix to the issue?? I haven't found one yet! Im glad that it is the best one you've had! I plan on keeping this for a while! I purchased the 7 year/100k mile warranty just because of the cam issue, we will see what happens!

Windshield wasn't the issue, but glad someone pointed it out, because it could have been a rattle in the future.

I don't hear a whir when the clutch is depressed. it goes away just when I tap the clutch. it sounds like it is coming from below the drivers floor boards. I guess it could be the clutch pedal assembly, what would I look for?
