For me the simplest design with less spokes, slots, bolts protruding, etc. is the best. Cleaning them, especially if you do lots of offroading, is a drag.

I was getting more than normal shaking when hitting expansion joints and frost heaves. Front tires were down one and a half psi. Shakes went away just by bringing back up to proper pressure.
