Does anyone know if the JLU stock Rock sliders will fit the JT?

Also

Hoping that someone comes up with a cost effective slider for the truck bed. Had a JK on 35s never really used the Rock sliders too much but would drag my bumper in Moab when dropping off ledges and whatnot. That extra length will be prone to drag on modestly built rigs.

I'm not sure if they would fit. The frame on a JT is a little different than a JLU.
I'm pretty sure Mopar will have sliders available.
If I'm not mistaken (seen this in a YouTube video during the autoshow) the Rubicon has sliders (or at least a factory option for) on the rear section of the bed that jeep has just because of the extra hang behind the rear wheels.

Yep I'm right about the rear end sliders on the Rubicon

How durable and strong they are: I have no idea.

Ya, I should have been more clear. I'm most likely going with the Sport S so was hoping to grab someone's JLU take offs, and then grab some aftermarket for the truck bed portion . Just thought it would be helpful if the JL fit because it's been out longer.

Its possible they will line up, however there is the problem that the JL Rails end shortly after the passenger door angles up. This means youll have about a foot of the tub without protection.

Good point, wasn't thinking of that bit of body on the truck behind the door...

IIRC, the JT rail has 4 large brackets on it. The JLU only has 3.

The JT’s tub bows in the middle and the rails bow to match it. I doubt JLU take offs would work unless the JLU’s tub is the same.
