When we announced our store The 4x4 Guys.com, we thought we were ready on every front. Some of you pointed out issues with - site navigation, finding parts, and lack of parts for the Jeep JL model. We took all of these comments to heart and set about doing performing surgery on the site and its underlying technology. We have completed that work and want to announce several changes to the user experience.

• We rebuilt the fitment engine. This is the tool used to translate the manufacturer provided vehicle fitment for a part. Generations of Wranglers are now shown as Wrangler JL, Wrangler JK, Wrangler TJ, Wrangler LJ, Wrangler YJ, and the CJ series.

• We have nearly tripled the number of brands on the site. We now have over 70 manufacturers of accessories and aftermarket products. This also triples the number of products and we plan on adding more. If you don’t see the brand you want in our store, drop us a note or give us a call and we will get what you need.

• We have quadrupled the number of JL products in the store. We continue to look for manufacturers that are producing products for the JL and adding those brands and products into our store as fast as we can. If you don’t see what you are looking for, ask us and we will get it for you.

• We have improved our search and site navigation capabilities. The new fitment engine makes some big changes to the search by Year, Make, Model, Submodel engine. Our Free Form search window is also a great way to find what you are looking for – want a front bumper? Then enter “Front bumper for a JL Wrangler” and see what shows up.

• We moved out store onto a server that is four times larger and faster. As we grew the number of products we saw the site slow down. Speed is important to us, so we made the move to a significantly faster and larger server to serve you better

• We have also added a Coupon Code for Forum members. We implemented a shipping charge of $7.99 for orders under $100 and free shipping for orders over $100, as well as a $50 charge for items over 85 pounds to partially offset higher freight charges. However, any Forum member can use the Coupon Code JLWFSHIPFREE to avoid any shipping charge on orders with heavy items (minimum $100 order)

Thank you for all your support and constructive comments on our store! Feel free to PM me with any special requests or custom orders. Let us find and configure everything you want for your Jeep and we will create a draft order for your review, edits, approval, and/or payment.

Bob Kirk

PS. Here is a link on our site to all of our current manufacturers, shown below. We will be keeping an active search out for any/all brands that introduce Gladiator specific products, as well as those who update their fitment of existing products that will fit a Gladiator. We are super excited about the Gladiator and can't wait to let you know of these products!!!!

The availability of JL products continues to grow. If you don't see what you are looking for, let me know, we have access to many brands that aren't online yet.
