I have checked with our internal resource and have been told that the Gator concept is a better representation of the Gator color than the build tool on Jeep.com. That is all the information I was given regarding this, but I hope this does provide some clarification.

Good news guys/gals, we can rest easy knowing that Gator won't turn out like that Berryl Green that looked bluish. Just imagine your build with the awesome Baby Poo/Puke/Pea as light as we can make it green, and you should be set!

So fix the build tool.....not that hard to pick a color that is a little closer

Anyone find any other pictures of gator lately? Is it really just a darker gobi? Will jeep just have two shades of tan and three shades of gray? I wanted the gator, but not sure that shade of tan will work for me.

Some of those professional shots of Gator have the color tweaked in post editing. Like the TFL video where Gator looks like a darker Gobi. I found this one video it looks like some guy just recorded it with his phone and it looks greener (better).

That is a good video, especially if the color would present like when he is standing in the rear passenger side. I wonder if being in the dessert is causing the color to show more tan? But the media event was in a white room. And I didn't see any green there?

Maybe someone with photoshop skills could change the color on this to the gator on the concept truck
