So I got Gladys today and for some reason I thought there were 6 tie downs...the ones that swivel and are inside the 3 trail rails, 2 on each one. Mine has 4 total, 2 on drivers and 2 on passengers side. Should there be 2 against the back of the bed? Here’s a picture of what I’m talking about to limit confusion.

4 here also but I agree there should be 6.
Or an optional part to buy more. Someone else asked about replacing one that was broken. As of right now that's not a separately available part.

There's a DIY solution for additional tiedowns on the FB group 2020+ Jeep (JT) Gladiator Owners (won't let me put the link in here), but you can search the group. Text copy & paste here:
Update: DIY bed rail tie downs under $5 each turned out great! Ended up rethreading the eye bolts so I could shorten the overall length then primed and painted black (BTW, if you ever use rattle cans and don’t have the add on “spray guns” do yourself a favor and spend the $5 to get one. Kicking myself that I just bought mine.) All parts from Home Depot. 1/2” spring nut (electrical section — packet of 5 for $5), washer, nut, and 1/2” eye bolt. See pictures for how it goes together. I had to cut off the eye bolt to shorten it.

I think there should be 2 more on the back rail also, I'v looked around for more cleats but no luck, I heard that Tacoma cleats will work but I think the stock one's will eventually be available from Jeep.

Mine also came with just four and an empty back rail. Pretty cheesy on Jeeps part..... There should have been four more!!

Thanks for the input gentleman...4 total it is. Man that’s a bummer...I definitely thought I had seen early pictures with 6, maybe not. I do like the DIW idea.

It's not my project. Someone posted it on the FB group, but the forum won't let me link to their post.

I will say I have used those spring loaded nut plates for other projects and they work great.

I grabbed a few of their photos. Photo & idea credit Ezra Crawford from "2020+ Jeep (JT) Gladiator Owners" Facebook group.
