This is a very informal list of what I've found that's out there:
These are more complex, full engine management systems with power distribution capabilities. Probably overkill, but worth keeping on this list:
These all have pros and cons, and some have high price tags. But this is a good starting point for anyone.
I'm personally looking for a one stop solution for sensors, control, and possibly, automation. We'll see, maybe I'll write more as I continue my research.
