yeah check out Prestige then.... my wife often just drops in without appts for oil change and they are pretty quick or at least honest about the wait timeWell if you make an appointment with LHM in Thornton, take them up on their loaner car or free Uber rides.
They are the slowest service department in the world.
My service rep was too busy to even check on the status of my service, and this poor girl was there for over 2 hrs just getting an oil change.
I will not be going back there. Might be worth the drive up to Longmont next time
LHM in Aurora refuses to answer the phone and you leave a message they won’t call you back to make an appointment.
Hi Ryan,Based on recent experience, avoid the service department at AutoNation Jeep on Arapahoe. They have yet to diagnose my Jeep (not a JT) and it's been there almost two weeks. Every time I call them (they never call me), I just hear excuses on how busy they are. They used to be my go-to shop and had some great offroad-minded folks working there, but times have changed. Time to find another service dept.
Yes, I opened a case last week. Didn't result in much other than me having a case # I could stare at. The Jeep was picked up earlier today. It obviously hadn't been touched in the two weeks it was there. I won't air more dirty laundry here but feel free to PM me if you want more details.Hi Ryan,
We're sorry to hear about your experience with your dealer. Has a case been opened on the Customer Care side to add additional assistance while working with your dealer? If not, please feel free to send us a private message.

I’ve been to Prestige in Longmont several times. I get all my oil changes there, a few tire rotations, two TSBs, one recall, one transfer case service, and something else I can’t remember off the top of my head.
I’ve had nothing but professional service from that dept. It doesn’t look like much. The dealership building is old and could really use a remodel. The coffee is terrible too. However the wifi is decent.
I bought my JLU from Faricy Boys in Colorado Springs. They gave me a good deal and the buying experience was top notch. However they’re just too far away for servicing, otherwise I’d use them in an instant. I’m likely to buy my Gladiator from Prestige. I’ve got my designated sales guy, Byron Nelson. I hear his golf swing is killer.
I can’t comment on Pollard in Boulder. But the Service Dept there isn’t even open on Saturdays. It’s a very clean and newish facility but seriously who the heck isn’t open on a Saturday? Parts used to be open on Saturday but no longer. Only the Sales guys are there. I can’t say that I’ve heard good things about them when they are open. My neighbors avoid them.
<RANT> Larry H Miller is a place I’ll never set foot in again. I haven’t used their service but the buying experience there is a total s-show. They tried to rip me off when buying my wife’s Jeep. I’ve bought over 40 cars in my life so I do have some experience in this but I think I got to emotionally invested in getting that Jeep for my wife. I still went toe to toe with the sales manager and got a fair deal but I would have done even better if I had come to this website and did my research first. I did that research before going to Faricy and it paid off in spades. Sorry, just need to rant. Don’t take your vehicle to LHM. Avoid them like the plague that they are. </RANT>
Bought my Gladiator from them also...I like prestige in longmont... bought all our jeeps there and their service dept is top notch
I agree! I just bought my first Jeep ever (Gladiator LE) and Nolan at Faricy Boys really was easy to with with, fair pricing and zero pressure. I’d definitely buy from them again in the future.I live in Colorado Springs and have purchased 3 Jeeps from The Faricy Boys over the last 12 years. I use them for all work on my Jeeps, from repairs to oil changes. Their service is excellent and I always have had a good experience. They are busy but never have treated my less than fair. I find Tom and Jack (sales guys) to be straight forward and honest. No BS. When I had a problem that was hard to track down, the owner lent me his Jeep for over a week while they worked out the solution. Good people...
Copy that. Ordered my Gladiator from them last month. Gave me a good deal/fair pricing and no BS on the extra things I asked for. Even took a quick test drive for the $50 gift card promotion. So far so good. Now if FCA will just get the dang thing built already!!!I agree!
