Hey Guys & Gals!

was wondering what the JL/JT peeps are using for Side Light Mounting Brackets?

i Know on my JK couple years back, i had the cowl brackets that held dual/2 LED 5" LEDs on each side.
any brands out there that make a nice looking side mounting bracket?

anyone dress up their hood yet with lights?

Seriously though a $120 for two small pieces of aluminum. I could buy a whole sheet for that. That’s crazy I am having a hard time buying into that. Might make my own.

EAG sells mounts on Amazon that are around $30. They have one for mounting dual cowl lights. I almost bought some, but was persuaded that lights over the hood are not a good idea.

Thx might look into that would save me some time lol. Plus I would like on the side of the cowl not in the top like most mounts are.

I've seen some from EAG, and some from other vendors, that are for side mounting. One set I saw mounts using the lower cowl bolts, and has a hole in the one side for the radio antenna to fit through.

I wanted to be able to still have the option to fold down the windshield so I went with this set up. They are Mopar. Took about 10 minutes to mount them I'll wire them up this weekend.

I went with the EAG mounts. Didn’t want the mounts to be so large. I don’t have an issue with hood glare with spot lights.
