what spacers and shock extensions did you use?
I went to daystarweb.com and pieced together a package. 1.5" up front (I reused my factory isolators to make it 2.0") and 0.75" in the rear. The front kit comes with the shock extensions and they are very beefy compared to the Rough Country kit I had on the JLU.

So I had swapped both springs and shocks out as others have. The first test ride my wife said it rode different. I could feel it also. After 2 weeks of her complaining I swapped in the rear MAX Tow springs. In another thread I also noted the difference of 1 more spring coil in the max tow. I equated that to the stiffness we lost. Since swapping back in the max tow spring it has ridden fine. I left the rubi front spring as it did appear the same just about 3/4" taller. I did install front and rear 3/4" daystar spacers and am happy with the stance and ride now.

I picked up some take off Rubi Shocks and Springs today along with some rubi rock rails for my Sport S max tow for a grand total of $150. It appears doing all 4 shocks, replacing front springs, and keeping the max tow springs on the rear is the way to go. Add a 2in level on the front and a 3/4in to 1in spacer on the back and you have plenty of room for 37s. At least that's what I'm going for. Thanks for all the info guys.

I did the rubicon suspension and wheels/tires swap on my max tow. Left the rear springs and replaced the front springs and all four shocks, along with rubi wheels and tires. Got 3/4” lift on the front. Looks perfect and rides 100% better than before.

So, what if you do not have the max tow on your sport S? Is it worth the money to buy the Fox shocks and Rubicon springs? I have been looking at this mod for mine. My goal is a daily driver with competent off roading. I'm out in Colorado and it would be nice to hit some trails, but it will be mostly driven in town. Not out to go crazy rock crawling with a DD. I have built and worked on cars my whole life, but I'm a Jeep newbie and here to learn.

Just swapped out the springs and shocks on my non max tow sport s. Gained 3/4 of an inch in the front forgot to measure the back so can’t give an accurate number on that but it def looks higher. Rims and tires next.

What is all of this? Rubicon take-off parts?
Yup! It lifted the front 1 1/8 inch and the rear 1 1/4 inch, but it's the difference in ride that makes it totally worth it!

Got a 1 1/8 inch lift in the front and 1 1/4 inch lift in the back from the rubi take-off suspension swap.
This doesn't compute. The rear shouldn't of gotten any lift & the front is normally .75-1". Or was that including tires

Well, that's what happened.
We measured before, and after from the bottom of the wheel (not tire) to the bottom of the fender. The diameter of the wheel didn't change, nor did the position of the fender on the body, the only change was the suspension. When we dropped the truck off the lift and it was back on the ground you could immediate see it. The amount of lift you get from this swap isn't an "always this amount" situation. Jeep doesn't have one set of springs for each model. My springs came off a hardtop steel bumper truck, and I have a soft top Sport S. If I had gotten the suspension from a soft top plastic bumper truck and installed it on a hard top model Sport I would have gotten less lift.
