Mine isn't really blurry, but the picture is poor in low light conditions, due to the shine from the license plate lights.I have the 8 inch Uconnect with trail camera. Anyone else have the backup camera turn blurry about half the time? Almost like it’s out of focus. It’s crystal clear the rest of the the time. Trail Camera stays crystal clear as well.
Well that makes two of us with a similar problem.I thought I was seeing things. My rear camera is blurry at times and sharp other times. It’s 50/50.
Even checked the housing to see if there was a loose connection. The camera unit itself also has some play if u move it.
My front trail cam is sharp all the time.
Keep me updated on what your dealer says. I hope they find the issue.Well that makes two of us with a similar problem.
Any dust or dirt on the lens? Give it a quick wipe when it happens to see if it improves?I thought I was seeing things. My rear camera is blurry at times and sharp other times. It’s 50/50.

That’s the first thing that was checked. Something more going on with the rear camera units.Any dust or dirt on the lens? Give it a quick wipe when it happens to see if it improves?
Some people are reporting a blurry picture, which they should not have.Everyone having this problem.
Is it at night ?
Is it at day?
Or is it both?
Night / low light for me is really bad / hard.
.
I had one time, today when I put it in reverse the video was not sync'ed. wavy lines through the image. Shifting to park and back did not help.Keep me updated on what your dealer says. I hope they find the issue.
It's digital and shouldn't be an interference thing, typically it is a clocking timing issue in the FW.I wonder what cabling is used to send the signal to the UConnect. That’s a much further distance than the front camera. It could be the cabling is not good for the distance?
