Fort Pierce 34982Where in Florida are you located?
It uses the factory key bladeHow does it lock, does it use your factory key or does it have a separate key?
Hmm I wonder if it can be any factory key blade or has to be your specific one, wouldn't want to lose the ability to lock it.It uses the factory key blade
Hey @Lex Low there’s no brackets needed. I got a truck without the trail rail system and I later on got a underseat box. You unbolt the under seat divider thing and then use the exact same bolts to bolt down the underseat box. The box comes with a key that will work only with the original buyers truck keys. But that’s no problem. Go to your local Jeep dealership and they can order you 2 locks. Get the seller to remove his locks, will need his keys to do that. So make certain he does that before you drive off with the box. Your dealership will then be able to use your keys to make the new locks work only with your keys. And I will warn you that the new locks will come in about 50 little pieces. Dealership should know how to put that puzzle together into just 2 locks that will work with your keys. Maybe $30 for the 2 new locks.Driving down from N Carolina next Saturday on my way to Miami. I'll be willing to meet up and take it off your hands. Does it bring brackets to hold it in place or does it just slide into the space below the seat?
