This a bit ridiculous but apparently has happened at least 5 times that I've seen.
Rears are not the same between sides on some rubicons. Doesn't seem to be isolated to one color.

More than likely it will be handled as a warranty claim and replaced by that mechanism.

Things like this are typically suppose to be caught on the PDI at the dealership but the techs were probably not thinking about having to make sure all the fenders were the same. Sometimes the issues are more obvious and make you wonder how the vehicle ever made it out of the factory with such and obvious issue.
