That hitch mounted tire carrier is pretty slick.
That's a Wilco Offroad Hitchswing. The one on the rig has been modified with the recovery gear mounts (it looks like they welded those parts including the grid onto the standard part from Wilco). The bike rack is just a standard hitch-mounted rack connected to the Hitchswings 1.5" hitch. The weight limit is somewhere between 150# and 200# depending on how far it is away from the normal hitch. The cool thing is that the Hitchswing is designed for off-road, and sits a few inches above the factory hitch to avoid affecting departure angle.

Here's the link. https://wilcooffroad.com/

As much as I really appreciate the pictures of the builds, I wish they'd at least list the names of the gear on the rig so that it isn't such a search to find it online!

EDIT! CORRECTION: That is the Rigd Supply Ultraswing. It's twice the price but is way more flexible than the less full-featured Wicooffroad Hitchswing. Here's the link: https://www.rigdsupply.com/products/rigd-ultraswing-hitch-carrier-multi-fit
