I'm digging the rack. I've been searching high and low for a low-profile one that would sit over a retractable cover. Best I found so far is the Diamondback and fastening a ski rack to the cleats. BUT that's an always-there option.

Ideal is a sliding metal slat tonneau cover designed to support some kinda low profile rack + have the option to swap the BHR (big honking rack) in your build on top. I'd drill holes for that to support all the rack mounting, with plugs for when it's not installed.

Really rather not pony up the $2600 for the sliding prototype with rail channels build in when something like this setup may exist.

@Maximus-3 , can you post a picture with the roll bar with the hard top off and possibly doors removed?

What about use with a @BestopTeam Sunrider for hardtop?
Highly unlikely with our current JT Roof Rack design. To make this combo work, one would need a much smaller rack platform, which doesn't currently exist. I suppose you could custom modify (cut/chop) the rack we provide.

Love your stuff @Maximus-3. You're getting a lot of love on this forum. Now stop posting and get that shit for sale!

Just take my money!
Haha, thanks! We are working our butts off to release these racks by the end of this year.

I'm not picking-up what you are laying-down. Sorry, but you have confused me with your tactics.

I don't believe they have the air compressors, just the gauge, inlet hose fittings and the light switches for awning and tent area? I am interested in it as well.

What’s with the red and green lights?
They are “chase lights” . I don’t think there is an official colour yet for chase vehicles.
They are also known as support vehicles in desert racing and rallying. Lit so the vehicles behind can spot you when they are at speed. Knowing you are not a race vehicle.
These vehicles are carrying supplies and spares and mechanics for the race team.
Most lites are amber. Green seems to be gettting popular. Blue will be a big no-no as that is usually reserved for Rescue or police vehicles.

Red and green are used for navigation. They come in handy in fog (or dust clouds for chase vehicles) to determine if they are coming towards or away from you.

EDIT: whoops, took another look at the photos and this doesn't seem to be the purpose for these (on this build, at least). It should be, IMHO.

The on board air (OBA) system is located under the truck, but the control panel & air chucks are remotely located.

Thanks Jeep Gladiator Forum. You guys are the best.

In the coming weeks we will be testing compatibility and working on cover solutions. This is just the beginning, much more to come.
Ive got the roll\fold up tonneau cover and if you co e up with a solution, im all over that rollbar!

I was fortunate enough to attend SEMA this year and I went back & looked at this JT 5 different times. Out of the 100 Gladiators that were there it’s a top 10.
