I would Like to introduce Chewy. The goal of the build is to create a daily driver with the capability to hold most my regular hand tools, tow and still have the ability for weekend fun without it looking like a work truck.

Rubicon takeoffs in tow Swapped out with less than 300 miles on the originals.

Went on great and the Tire pressures sensors were picked up right away... Funny thing is my wife never even noticed....

The rock rails clean up the side a bit.

The box is bigger than the bed. I did have trouble getting all of the panels to line up straight. I will end up redrilling a few to get that last little bit adjusted. So far I love this cover.

Soldered in the Badgeglow AUX Board. Will definitely make for a cleaner install for the wiring to come.

Towed this little guy just fine. Its a rental so not a regular thing. I do plan to tow a 8x16 enclosed construction trailer and also a 7x12 landscape with a tractor semi regularly.

Did you get shims for the plastic rails to keep them from collapsing when tightened down?
Also - how long til the cover arrived after you placed the order?

Yup I got those installed. However its still not quite the best solution and still has some play that I don't quite like. Part of the reason I'm getting Builtright rails is to have a more secure attachment and lock points. My issue comes mostly from the one panels hinges not being drilled correctly so there is a slight offset. In the pictures you can see the front panel being eschewed to the driverside about 1/8" I'll drill them out slightly and readjust everything when I get the rails put in.

If you hadn't mentioned I don't think I would have noticed. The pattern is a bit ascew but the line on the edges are pretty straight.

Just me being picky lol. Its a great top though took about 2 weeks to arrive after ordering.

Sad but true... (2 months ago) it took my wife two days to notice that I took off the soft top and put the hard top back on my JK. Lol
