Working on the idea of replacing the drivers seat with a more comfortable seat

from what perspective ?? I find existing seat very comfortable -
In my TJ I currently have Corbeau's that recline - suspension seat that i could ride all day in.

I have also had other aftermarket seats that did certain things well but not everything.

Could your stock seat just go for a reconfigure with the upholstery shop? More bolster / less bolster support?

That idea about a reupholster is a great idea
The Sport s just comes with most basic with car seats and with various medical issues courtesy of the Military I need a bit more . But thanks

Go test drive an Overland and see how it compares. I find the leather seats in mine to be quite comfortable. Not cheap to order, but should be an easy install.

And the Mojave's come with more robust side bolsters so you might check that out.

Throw Katzkin leather seats on. They add more padding and are way more comfortable
