Does anyone know of an alternative rear coil spring that could be used in place of the units provided in the kit? Perhaps a shorter length to reduce ride height by 1-1.5 inches. Maybe a compatible coil from a RAM 1500 or JL?

I’m looking to reduce overall lift. I got 2.5-2.75 from the supplied Mopar rear shocks/coils. I added a Teraflex 1.5 in the front so it’s currently level. Would remove completely if I could lower the rear by 1- 1.5 inches.

Thanks for the info.

Try taking the Teraflex out of the front maybe a spacer at a time after putting back the stock rear springs. Doing some math you should be able to get close to what you want. Remember the springs are side specific in the rear if you change those.

Funny I just talked with Quadratec and they suggested the same thing. Thanks

Ram 1500 and JL rear coils are not going to fit in the rear of a JT. End codes and windings are different. You may find that a Rubi rear coil sits close to where you want to be.

The different coil spring rates would make for a horrible ride. I went with Rubi take off coils, Mopar Fox shocks and 2” spacer in front.
Lowered 1” overall ft & rr. The Rubi coils provide a great ride and the firmer Mopar Fox shocks offer excellent damping. It rides awesome.

Curious why you wanted to reduce the overall lift? Did you buy your Gladiator already lifted?

Yes dealer installed the kit. Overall too tall. Top of roof = 77”. Worried about parking garage height limitations. IMO too much space between fenders & tires with 315/70’s and my little kids struggled to climb in.
Now at 75.5” tall and -1” front & rear.

This looks good.
Still with the 315 70 17 tires? If so, which tire? I can't seem to make it out from your photos.

This is true i run RK 3” front springs & Rubicon rear springs with 3/4” spacer & it’s level.
