My walk away price

So I'm looking to order a Sport S with the below options. I've included the MSRP and invoice price for both.

Gladiator Sport S- $36,940 (35,820)
- Punk’n Orange - $195 (174)
- Automatic transmission - $2,000 (1,780)
- Black hard top - $1,195 (1,064)
- 7in screen - $995 (886)
- Cold weather group - $995 (886)
- Max tow package - $1,095 (975)
- Auxiliary switches - $295 (263)
- Bed liner - $495 (441)
- Body Color Fenders - $250 (223)
+ $1,495 destination charge
MSRP: $46,150
Invoice/FWP: $44,007

I've seen a lot of people on here get 5% below invoice, which would be $41,805 for my order. That's my walk away number. Any higher than that is no dice. Lower would OBVIOUSLY be better.

Does this pricing seem realistic and fair to you guys or am I dreaming too much?

My JT's MSRP was $46k+ and I got it down to $43k flat without knowing about Invoice/EP. If I was in a more financially stable position I could have negotiated a better deal

I feel like I lucked out. The Overland Edition I had was sitting at $49015 and I got it to just over $43K

If I can't find a fair price down here I plan on looking out of state and he's my first choice. Just have to make sure the difference in price is worth the plane ticket/gas to get there and back.

You can probably rent a car and drive with a friend cheaper than flying for 2.

I also live in Florida (Central) and just today placed an order for JT with Travis @ Tri City. 7% below invoice beat anything I could find locally by good margin...not too mention much less dealer "fees" to deal with. Thus far Travis has been great to work with. I have family near Greensboro, so when the time comes will be killing a few birds with one stone One way plane ticket from Sanford to Greensboro is about $50.00.

Now the hard wait begins
