What progrmmer to buy bigger tires going on plus like it to do more

Bigger 295/70x18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers tires going on and would like to buy something to correct the speedometer plus be able to change some lighting to LED's. and it would be great if it could do other stuff with it. I'm looking at the Tazer JL mini and the price is okay but is there something else I should consider.
