picked up Samson from Tri-City Jeep in Eden, NC today.

As soon as I got home mounted up the LE wheels and 35-inch tires, plus added tonneau cover, 9-inch rugged ridge antenna and Jeep Slush mats - more to come!

This was an off the lot vehicle that was a dealer transfer from the San Francisco Bay Area to Lodi, CA. I was able to get it for 5% under invoice

I think you're the first I've heard getting 5% under invoice in CA. How receptive was the dealership? I'm about to order soon, and still hoping to find something more local then Idaho. I'm in the North Bay, and a 2 hour drive > 10 hour drive.

talked to courtesy Jeep in San Juan Capistrano who’s all over the forum for doing 5% under invoice on orders so worse case scenario was to go there. Fremont Jeep negotiated down to 2k under invoice on what they had on the lot. Took that price to Lodi and they beat it along with getting the Sting Gray gladiator I wanted from Santa Rosa.

My Sting Gray JT Rubicon is finally at the dealership! One month and 3 days from time of order. I will pick up Friday evening after work and after the Mopar lift is installed. I am so pumped right now!!!

Anyone ventured into exhaust work yet? My wife ordered me the Magnaflow 19487 exhaust for Christmas. I hadn't even thought about it yet and it randomly showed up on my porch this afternoon. Sounds good on the sound bytes and the dual black tips will play off the Sting Gray well.

Love this truck! Keep posting pics. This is exactly what I had in mind. LE wheels and 35s with no lift. Only difference is I'm thinking Duratracs.

Thanks - this really is the best color in my opinion.

I dropped it off this morning to get the grill and tail gate wrapped plus windows tinted. Can't wait to see how it turns out. I'll post pic of it when I get it back.

still waiting on mine to move down the production line as well... In the mean time I'm stocking up on parts and my next decision has been really tough. The color changes so much I know black will look good but i think the gun metal could look great too. What do you guys think? Gunmetal or Black

Those are the exact wheels (the black ones) on my Anvil JKU... I see the Sting-Gray as the direct sibling and think it likes black accessories the most.

I guess so but I feel like black is so played out, plus I've been running Black wheels for the past 9 years on my previous TJ and I kind of wanted something new to change it up.
