Is the OEM tonneau cover completely removable?

My new JT has the tonneau cover, but I don’t want it. If I remove it, are there screw holes or other damage left behind? If there is no lingering damage, mine is for sale.

Yes, you have two factory screw mount threaded holes up front and two on each side where the cover locks to the side latches in the back. A stock JT without the cover has a cover plate over the side latch mounting area, so that will be left uncovered. See a video on installing the roll up bed cover.
