If you are like me and had a Trail Dash 2 for your 3.6L JK/JKU and kept it, they can be transferred to the JT. I spoke with SuperChips technical support today and they said I will need to send them my ECU (cant swap it like you did for the JK) and they will reprogram it for $200. You also have to buy the JT module for it for an additional $50. If you kept your JK TD2 like I did when you traded or sold it, then this is a better option than spending the $800 for a new JT specific one! This may also apply to the JL but I did not confirm that with them. The only thing they did say on the phone though is it must match transmission and engine type. So if your JK was an auto or manual then your JT has to also be an auto or manual respectively. The motor would need to match as well (i.e. 3.6 JK to 3.6 JT....3.8 JK wont work). Hope this helps others, just know you have to call them, this is not a website option for them. 888-227-2447, press 4 to get connected to tech support.
