Why version 4/4c for Uconnect?

So, I saw an ad for the Ram Pickup, and it says it has aa 12 inch display and UCONNECT 12!
Seems like 4 is quite far behind.
Does anyone know what the diffs are from 5 to 12 other than supporting a HUGE display?
Does anyone know if UConnect will be upgraded on the jeep at some point?

I doubt it, there's not enough room for a 12 inch screen.

Not worried about the 12" display -- just wondering what the SOFTWARE differences are -- version 4 to version 12 is a BIG difference.
