I'm at Cole Jeep in SLO right now, just want to put the word out that Zac here is a real expert and did a great job installing a steel bumper and winch combo i got a great deal on over at Quadratec. Zac even cut a section of the skid plate so the skid plate could be left in place protecting sway bar and other vitals. Definitely going to consider doing more mods here at Cole Jeep, though i'm having Decked drawer system delivered tomorrow and may try installing that myself. (Decked is same as Mopar system, hundreds cheaper if you go direct.)

Great value on that bumper. Recessed is the best option if you’re doing any towing

Sorry for the low-light shots but this one's a little better:

Old bumper is so much lighter--probably not much protection.

Love that bumper, I can't decide between that or the stubby version. Definitely looks good.

I was thinking the same - My thoughts are get this bumper if you want stubby its easy to lop off the extensions later than try to add them.
