I had 7 boxes of laminate flooring (about 300 pounds) in my truck today.
Could tell it rode different. Didn't settle it much.

That one above is really squatting.

Have you put in the Rubicon take off suspension yet? My Sport MaxTow has 350lbs in the bed at all times to help with traction as even slightly wet pavement causes sliding when taking turns at 30-40mph.

Heck, no. Still been inundated with snow and ice storms, temps in the single digits every few days, and no trailer brake controller. I need to have trailer brakes as I want to load up my car on the trailer and see how the truck sits, measure all points, see how badly it sags, document everything THEN swap parts.
But it's been so snowy and icy............ roads wet and slushy, and tomorrow they are talking snow and ice and "flash freezing" again with wind chill warnings. (and my shop is full so no room to get the truck inside to work on it until temps settle up.)
Until I get a brake controller I'm not hooking up to a loaded trailer.

I put a different engine in the truck today............ 1.5 hp

Scored some floor model tool boxes (305lbs.) at a
a nice discount! They were on sale plus took another 5% off. Also had to answer
many questions about the Gladiator while loading the boxes in. Must have been 5 or so passerby’s “ How do ya like it?”, “What’s the payload?” & “ How much did ya pay for that bad boy?” :)

Anyone have a good set up for hauling around surfboards? Curious about going with a roof rack on the cab vs. a bed rack vs. a tailgate pad. Board is a 7'4".

2020 Rubicon Gladiator. Black with Saddle Interior. Tri-fold hard tonneau.

Thanks,

Jon
